This Refund Policy applies to JuiceTeam and all affiliated, related, or subsidiary projects, including https://juicecore.xyz/ and other JuiceTeam-operated services.

Users have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
2. Nature of Digital Services
JuiceTeam provides digital and on-demand services which may begin immediately after purchase. Refund eligibility depends on usage.
3. Balance Top-Ups
- Unused Balance top-ups requested within 14 days are generally refundable.
- Used Balance may be refunded partially or converted into account credit.
4. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are activated by deducting funds from the Balance.
- Refunds within 14 days are evaluated based on actual service consumption.
- Substantial usage may limit refund eligibility.
5. Pay-As-You-Go Usage
Usage-based charges and consumed credits are generally non-refundable.
6. Refund Requests
Refund requests must include transaction details and be submitted via https://juicecore.xyz/.
7. Processing and Timeframes
Refunds are processed via the original payment provider and may take 5–14 business days.
8. Fraud and Abuse
Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests.
9. Chargebacks
Chargebacks without prior contact may result in suspension or termination of the Account.
10. Discretionary Remedies
JuiceTeam may issue partial refunds or account credits at its discretion.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
