These Terms of Use apply to JuiceTeam and all affiliated, related, or subsidiary projects and services, including but not limited to https://juicecore.xyz/ (collectively, the Service).
If you are accessing or using any JuiceTeam-related website, application, API, or dashboard, this policy applies to that project as well.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Scope of the Service

The Service provides digital products, software, APIs, AI-powered services, dashboards, subscriptions, and related functionality. JuiceTeam may modify, expand, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Definitions

• Service — all JuiceTeam-operated websites, APIs, applications, dashboards, and related projects.
• User / You — any individual or entity using the Service.
• Account — a registered user profile.
• Balance — prepaid funds credited to a User account.
• Subscription — a recurring or time-based service activated using the Balance.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Account Registration and Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, including activity by third parties authorized by you.

6. Payments, Balance, and Subscriptions

6.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Paddle). JuiceTeam does not store full payment card details.

6.2 Balance System

Users must preload funds into their Balance before purchasing services. The Balance represents stored value usable only within the Service and has no cash value outside the platform.

6.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are activated by deducting the applicable fee from the Balance. Renewal charges (if applicable) are also deducted from the Balance. Insufficient Balance may lead to suspension or termination of the subscription.

6.4 Pricing Changes

JuiceTeam reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not: - Violate laws or regulations
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for malicious or deceptive activities

8. API Usage

API keys must be kept confidential. Abuse or excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with JuiceTeam or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to Users.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. JuiceTeam does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Termination and Suspension

JuiceTeam may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations, fraud, or security risks, with or without notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuiceTeam shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the previous six months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify JuiceTeam against claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where JuiceTeam is registered.

16. Changes to Terms

Updated versions will be published on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
